What are "Brand Assets"?

Anything you'd need to sell or display a vendor's product: their logo (PNG/SVG), their 1-page sell sheet, product photography, ingredient or nutrition panels, organic / kosher / halal certificates, COA lab results, marketing copy. Instead of these living in a chaotic email folder, the Brand Portal stores them next to the vendor's profile so you can find anything in seconds.

How does Email Integration work?

You connect your business inbox once (Gmail OAuth, Outlook OAuth, or any IMAP server with an app password). After that, you compose vendor emails from inside the portal — they're sent from your address and stored on your real email server. Inbound replies are auto-matched to the vendor by email address and attached to their profile so the whole conversation lives in one place. Setup fee covers OAuth approval (Google & Microsoft both require app review) and configuration. Monthly fee covers sending infrastructure and inbound webhook hosting.

What does "PWA" actually mean?

Progressive Web App. It's a website built with the same technology as native apps — but installable directly from the browser, no App Store. Once installed, it has its own icon, opens fullscreen with no browser bar, works offline, sends push notifications, and feels indistinguishable from a real iOS or Android app. The advantage over a native app: one codebase, no App Store review delays, no developer fees, instant updates. Why is Discovery branded "Ink to Printz"?

"Ink to Printz" is our private-label umbrella for AI-powered intelligence services. The discovery engine, email enrichment, and lead scoring all run under it. You don't need to know which vendor we use under the hood — you just see the results, branded to fit your portal.

Do I need onboarding, or can I do it myself?

Both work. The portal lets you add vendors yourself in seconds — there's a click-to-add form right inside, and adding a product is just as fast. But if you have an existing list of 30+ vendors with sell sheets and contacts already in email folders, our $350 one-time onboarding gets you fully populated by Day 1 so you can stop using spreadsheets immediately.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Lite, Pro, and Scale are month-to-month. Enterprise is annual. Your data is always yours — every table exports to CSV with one click. We never hold data hostage.
