These terms govern your use of honeybeedelivery.inktoprintz.com, operated by Honeybee Delivery LLC ("Honeybee," "we"). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

This is the marketing website for Honeybee Delivery, a retail placement firm serving food, beverage, and other CPG brand owners. The site lets you learn about our services, submit your brand for consideration ("Become a Client"), or contact us. It is not a marketplace, an ecommerce store, or a legal offer to enter into a contract.

2. What we don't promise on this site

• Submitting the "Become a Client" form does not create a business relationship with Honeybee, guarantee that we will place your product with any retailer, or commit us to any timeline.
• Retailer names shown on this site (e.g., Walmart, Bravo, Key Food, Sedano's, Presidente) are used only to describe accounts where we have facilitated placements. Those retailers do not endorse Honeybee and are not affiliated with this website.
• Sell-through figures, timelines, and placement counts described on this site reflect past results. Past results do not guarantee future results for your product.

3. Your submissions

When you submit information through the vendors form, contact form, or any email address on this site:

• You confirm the information is accurate and that you're authorized to share it (e.g., you own or represent the brand you're describing).
• You grant Honeybee a limited, non-exclusive license to use the submitted information internally for the purpose of evaluating whether we can work together, communicating with you, and — if we later sign an agreement — performing that agreement.
• You retain ownership of any product information, images, or brand materials you send us.
• Any actual placement, pricing, or distribution work is governed by a separate written services agreement — not by this website.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Submit information you don't have the right to submit.
• Attempt to break, probe, scrape, or overload the site or its backend.
• Submit malicious content, false information, or spam through any form.
• Use automated tools to access the site except for well-behaved search engine crawlers respecting robots.txt.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation with a brand or retailer.

We reserve the right to block, ignore, or delete submissions that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual property

The Honeybee Delivery name, logo, honeycomb visual identity, and site copy are the property of Honeybee Delivery LLC. Trademarks of other companies referenced on this site (retailer names, brand names of clients past and present) belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification / nominative fair use.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites (retailer websites, brand pages, provider privacy policies). We are not responsible for the content of those sites.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Honeybee makes no warranties, express or implied, about the site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Honeybee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is resolved in a state or federal court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
